Over 10 weeks, a diverse group of skilled home bakers take on a banquet of delicious tasks to test their baking prowess. Each episode contains three themed baking challenges: Signature, Technical and the all-important Showstopper, where bakers must make the most mouth-watering creation that they can. Each week, one contestant is crowned Star Baker and one leaves the show. The baker who’s demonstrated the most skill will be crowned Australia’s Best Amateur Baker!
