I enjoy watching your cooking shows e.g. Rachael Allen and Jamie Oliver. I'm a fan of the food and recipe as everything look good. However, I found it very disturbing that the chefs do not wash their herbs before cooking. They often just cut the herb from the pots, garden and even the wild grown ones growing on the cracks of the retaining wall, then blend and cook the herb immediately without washing them first. I really hope that the chefs practice proper hygiene and safety in their shows. Please convey this message to the celebrities chefs.
